What To Expect

Friday 20th November or Saturday 21st November 10am-3.30pm Aimed at inspiring budding & experienced watercolour artists alike, this One Day Workshop hopes to provide a firm foundation to bounce from: so you can gain confidence working alone at home. We will use Watercolour Paints & pencil on beautiful Fine Grain Watercolour Paper. Lots of sploshing involved to build up layers, with a small side hustle picture to stop you over painting and ending up with a hot mess (every watercolour painters nemesis!) Bring your own Winter Landscape image from home, or bounce from some of the ideas provided in the studio. [Don't worry if you haven't used Watercolours before - Kelly will guide you step by step towards creating an illustration you will be proud of. This class is suited to all abilities [even people who think they can't paint!] All materials provided. Artwork will be mounted and packaged in that special Wills's Whims Way. Please bring a nut-free packed lunch, alternatively food is available from our neighbour: THE COWSHED CAFE (45 min break for lunch at noon).
