Winter Paint & Sip (Afternoon Tea)
Sun 29th Nov | 2-5pm | Holy Cross Priory
What To Expect
Sunday 29th November 2-5pm Function Room, Holy Cross Priory, TN21 0FE Join Kelly at the beautiful and historic Holy Cross Priory for a Christmas treat! Set in their spacious Function room, overlooking the grounds: we will be painting a glorious Wintery scene, as homage to the American artist, Jim Musil. It's not your usual Paint & Sip - more of a 'Paint & Afternoon Tea'....which isn't quite as catchy, but should be just as joyful. Instead of a bar; tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided during a 15 min break at 3.30pm. How civilised! Kelly will be painting at the front on a large canvas, so you can follow along, step by step....which makes it suitable for ALL abilities, whether you're a total novice or seasoned artist. So bring your friend that says they can't paint - we'll see if we can get them to knock out a masterpeice. . Here's hoping it will be a wonderfully creative afternoon of colour, as we head into the Winter. Join us! Please note - we will be using Acrylic paint - which is a bit messy, so don't wear your best clothes, or bring an apron (they don't wash out). Suitable for all abilities. All materials provided. All ages welcome (however not suitable for very young children i.e. under 8yrs)
