Make this summer count: Wills's Whims is delighted to be offering the prestigious Bronze Arts Award Qualification! >What is The Bronze Arts Award? It is a Level 1 qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which means it's recognised nationally and looks good on your CV! It can help you gain new skills such as communication, problem solving, teamwork & creativity. LOTS more info can be found on my dedicated Arts Award Page - accessed from the Main Menu. >Who is it for? Students aged 11-14 years. >What is included? 8 guided tuition sessions at Wills's Whims plus all art materials, a Bronze Award Logbook, Qualification fee, Badge & Digital Certificate. >How Will I Achieve It? There is no exam - just a series of brilliant art activities across the summer. The choice of which art activities are entirely student led - so basically you get an award for doing whatever you LOVE doing! The activities need to add up to 40 hours guided tuition, and 20 hours of independent learning. The 40 hours at Wills's Whims will be broken up into 8 sessions. For flexibility, you can choose which sessions to attend. 6 of these 8 sessions must be from the following dates (10am-4pm): 21st July: Bronze Award 28th July: Bronze Award 4th August: Bronze Award 11th August: Bronze Award 12th August: Bronze Award 18th August: Bronze Award 28th August: Bronze Award 30th August: Bronze Award 2 further sessions should be chosen from the Wills's Whims Summer School Holiday Workshops list below: (2 Day Workshops will count as 2 sessions) 14th July: Anime 15th July: Critters in Cardigans 24th July: Illustration in Colour 25th July: Kawaii (11yrs only) 29th & 30th July: Painting Skies 31st July: Drawing Workshop 1st August: Charcoal Workshop 7th & 8th August: Homage to Toulouse-Lautrec (13yrs+) 13th August: Anime 14th August: Dragon Illustration 26th & 27th August: Modern Self Portrait (13yrs+) >How do I Book? Click on the Button 'BOOK NOW' above. Select date: 1st July (don't worry if you can't make this date), & follow instructions to pay the deposit. Once your spot is secured, we will be in touch by email, to book you in for your 8 chosen sessions dates. NB: these will be on a first come first served. **IMPORTANT ** Deadline to book: 31st June 2025 ** > Payment Information The total cost is £375.00 per student. A £50 non-refundable Deposit is payable upon booking to secure the space. Balance of £325 is due on the first session. PLACES STRICTLY LIMITED.
