What To Expect

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first rule of PAINT CLUB, is that you tell everyone about PAINT CLUB. You know your way around a palette, but you want to experiment a little in a groovy studio with a creative vibe...Step this way...into my Wednesday Paint Club. All you need to do is decide if you want to come on Wednesday Mornings [10-12.30] or Afternoons [2-4.30PM], then look through the dates below and select a block of 4 dates that suit you. Each set of 4 classes is £100 [ie £25 per week] Each block will follow a cohesive theme; made up of some theory, a look at different artists, followed by the practical work of painting...From Oils to Acrylic, to Watercolour and Ink - this is the place to explore and experiment with mediums, styles, subject and technique. There will be some suggested (optional!) homework ideas too if you'd like to continue develop at home. (If the weather is nice, we may even pack up and head outside into the Brownings Farm Garden to paint 'en Plein Air') >Block 5 [FIGURATIVE]: Jun 11th, 18th & 25th **short block Oils on canvas. >Block 6 [HOMAGE TO MONET]: September 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th Mixed Media on canvas. >Block 7 [BRITISH LANDSCAPES]: October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd Watercolour on Paper. (Oct 29th Half Term) >Block 8 [PORTRAIT PAINTING]: Nov 5h, 12th, 19th & 26th Oils on canvas.
